BBM did a fixed two problems with a concrete floor for us. Friendly, helpful, very business-like in approach and able to provide very prompt service too. It was the sort of job that was probably too small for a conventional builder to have been bothered with but not something we felt we were able to tackle ourselves. We could so easily have ended up with a bodge job, but the end result was very good indeed and we are very happy the whole experience. I am sure we will be back for more help!

I made the dreaded mistake of using someone I thought had the competence (even on a recommendation) to undertake our very recent property refurishment. All I can say is thank god for Simon and Richard. They are the real deal. Uncompromising on quality and unwavering on dedication. Believe you and me when I say that they have transformed what could have been a complete and utter disaster. My wife is over the moon and can at last stop crying.
I urge anyone considering to undertake work on their house, regardless of the size of work and cost, to at the very least speak to these guys.
I should have known better myself to try and cut corners on cost. I have had plenty of other contractors in during the weeks and I can honestly say without condition that these guys are the only ones that truly understand your interpretation of quality.....a small example, sealant spillage (my personal pet hate) I now have smooth straight lines.
I only wish I had appointed the guys from the start. The overall cost would have been cheaper, the time shorter, the place cleaner, and the wife happier. However, I take some comfort that I'm getting them back in June to replace the fascias and guttering.
My recommendation comes without hesitation or condition. Thanks again guys

Simon and Richard recently gave us a quote for building us a small en-suite off one of our bedrooms. We happily accepted this and are very pleased that we did. Simon carried out most of the work on his own and it was a pleasure to have him working in the house. The quality of work was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.We are very pleases that they did the work for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

This is the 2nd time that we've used BBM. However, this time we got them in right at the start. We bought are very tired 1960's bungalow, which required new UPVC windows and doors, new kitchen fitting, wet room fitting, re-wire, total re-plaster, wall and floor tiling, various fixes on the carpentry side, new fencing and gates, and a new patio. Despite the challenges of the refurbishment, the work was again finihsed to a very high standard, on time and on budget. In fact we could have saved more if we had only asked what other services the guys provided. Their upvc windows, as a case in point, are of the highest tech and quality (Swish) and are at prices whichI could not beat, and after 3 other local quotes. Great job guys. On to the next one.

We are absolutely delighted with our garage conversion. The workmanship is first class and the service second to none.
Over the 4 weeks from start to finish we experienced very little upheaval and everything was kept clean and tidy.
The subcontractors were also very efficient and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend BBM to anyone requiring building or maintenance work.
