Simon and Richard (Joint company owners), have 35 years joint experience in the building maintenance industry, they are both qualified to City and Guilds and NVQ standards, and also have locksmith training, registered to a recognised association.
Simon and Richard both decided to take the plunge into starting up this now very successful business after many years of loyal service to a local building maintenance company and decided to appoint their father as a Director.
With great support from their family and friends they are enjoying the success and customer service they've now built within the local area. They pride themselves very much on their high standard of work and unquestionable reliability to all their clients, they pride themselves on accurate estimates and also completing jobs within targets causing as little disruption to the client as possible. Simon and Richard, are both very polite and good natured, they have lived in the area all their lives and have a good knowledge of the area and surroundings, and still live locally.
As you can see they and their workforce have a very broad range of skills and can effectively turn their hands to almost anything in the building maintenance industry, or have a connection in the trade to call on if required, and even in the short time since they started the middle of January 2007 they already have many satisfied customers and very good feedback.
BBM has £10 Million Public liability insurance in both domestic and commercial maintenance.
BBM are very conscious of the current health and safety requirements and continually assess the workforce.
On and off site training is reviewed regularly and many employees attend training courses in various aspects of health and safety, which are often run by the CITB and the Construction Health & Safety Group (CHSG).
All employees are inducted on every site and are instructed to follow our code of conduct.

We are also full members of the Guild of the master craftsmen, all this enables our customers to have complete trust in the work we undertake and the way the company is operated.

I made the dreaded mistake of using someone I thought had the competence (even on a recommendation) to undertake our very recent property refurishment. All I can say is thank god for Simon and Richard. They are the real deal. Uncompromising on quality and unwavering on dedication. Believe you and me when I say that they have transformed what could have been a complete and utter disaster. My wife is over the moon and can at last stop crying.
I urge anyone considering to undertake work on their house, regardless of the size of work and cost, to at the very least speak to these guys.
I should have known better myself to try and cut corners on cost. I have had plenty of other contractors in during the weeks and I can honestly say without condition that these guys are the only ones that truly understand your interpretation of quality.....a small example, sealant spillage (my personal pet hate) I now have smooth straight lines.
I only wish I had appointed the guys from the start. The overall cost would have been cheaper, the time shorter, the place cleaner, and the wife happier. However, I take some comfort that I'm getting them back in June to replace the fascias and guttering. My recommendation comes without hesitation or condition.
